We absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and elegance of our room. The location was perfect for our family outings, and we enjoyed a lovely evening at the nearby garden. Plus, our dogs were welcome, which added to the charm of our stay.
My wife says that the kids wished there were more family-friendly activities indoors.

Unexpected warmth and service
Waking up in our luxurious Junior Suite felt like living in a dream, complemented by the staff’s unwavering attention. The location was perfect for leisurely strolls through the city.
However, we faced a minor hiccup when our shower's water temperature fluctuated unpredictably, making it quite a challenge to enjoy our morning routines.

Le Burgundy Paris is a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to the iconic sights. The Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was top-notch, with a rich selection that fueled our days. But the best part was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
None at all!

This place suits me perfectly! With a relaxing spa, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception, I feel well taken care of. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with plug adaptors, which I still remember. They're warm and professional! I'll definitely return for another weekend.

Exquisite spa services and amenities.
During my stay, the front desk staff was dismissive and rude when we encountered issues accessing our room. We arrived at our room only to find the cleaning staff still there, causing us significant delays as we were late for commitments. The manager, rather than helping us resolve the situation, insisted we wait outside, disregarding our concerns and becoming argumentative. This lack of customer service made our experience far less enjoyable than expected.

A Memorable Stay with Some Ups and Downs
Enjoyed a lovely three-night stay. The breakfast spread exceeded expectations, especially the fresh pastries and gourmet coffee. Be sure to ask about their local dining recommendations. A frustrating incident occurred with room access, but the overall staff were pleasant. Will consider returning.

This place has a fantastic Michelin-star restaurant on-site, offering a taste of culinary excellence without stepping out. Unique art and decor throughout the hotel deliver a visually enriching experience that sets the mood for a luxurious stay.
Noise levels can be an issue, with some loud and inconsiderate guests frequenting the upper floors, which can lead to disrupted nights. Additionally, the air conditioning leaves much to be desired. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer evenings, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. I also encountered some complications regarding room maintenance with a shower that would change temperature unexpectedly—not what you want during a relaxing bath.

The location was perfect for exploring all that Paris has to offer, just a short walk from major attractions. I stayed in a Junior Suite, beautifully decorated and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast selection was impressive and truly delicious. However, I noticed the spa facilities could be warmer, which detracted from the relaxation experience a bit.
