The manager, rather than helping us resolve the situation, insisted we wait outside, disregarding our concerns and becoming argumentative. This lack of customer service made our experience far less enjoyable than expected.

Additionally, the air conditioning leaves much to be desired. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer evenings, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. I also encountered some complications regarding room maintenance with a shower that would change temperature unexpectedly—not what you want during a relaxing bath.
